Born in Naples, Giovanni Di Stefano lives and works in Paris.

A self-taught photographer, his practice moves between fashion, portraiture, and documentary photography. 

His images are characterized by a direct yet attentive approach to people and their surroundings, allowing the particular atmosphere of a place or moment to remain present within the frame.

Working across both commissioned and personal projects, he approaches fashion and portraiture with the same interest in character, gesture, and the unexpected details of everyday life. 

His work has been published and commissioned by Doingbird, Bless, Bernhard Willhelm and Purple Travel.
